The report now includes a dedicated Top 5 competitor deep-dive page after the comp reference table. Instead of dumping five random listings, BnBRx ranks the comps that matter most, links directly to each listing, highlights recurring win themes, compares high-value amenities, and shows where stronger competitors may be outperforming your listing on trust, copy, positioning, and feature quality.
When your listing completeness score is below 80, the report now includes a dedicated page with AI-generated rewrites of your title and all four Airbnb description sections (main hook, The Space, Guest Access, Other Things to Note). The AI reads your existing copy and matches your voice — no em dashes, no generic filler phrases, no amenities you do not have.
The revenue optimization page now shows upcoming events near your listing for the next 120 days — festivals, concerts, sports tournaments, and conventions — with dates and duration. Plan pricing adjustments 2–4 weeks in advance instead of reacting after the fact.
At checkout, choose between the standard dark PDF (optimized for screens) or a light version with a white background, easier to read in bright light and print-friendly.

Each listing photo is now scored individually by AI vision: lighting, composition, staging quality, and room coverage. The report surfaces your weakest photos with specific improvement notes.
Recommendations are now bucketed into three effort tiers: Quick Wins (do this week), Medium Effort (next 30 days), and Investment items, so you know exactly where to start.
