1. What We Collect

When you purchase a report we collect:

• Email address — used to deliver your PDF report.
• Airbnb listing URL — used to identify and fetch the listing data needed to generate your report.
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Name (optional) — used to personalize your report if provided at checkout.

We do not collect account credentials, passwords, or any Airbnb login information.

2. How We Use It

Your data is used solely to fulfill your order: generating your audit report and delivering it by email. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send marketing emails unless you have separately opted in.

3. Third-Party Services

Fulfilling your order requires passing data to the following third-party processors:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your email and payment details are handled under Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — email delivery of your PDF report.
• SearchAPI.io — retrieves publicly available Airbnb listing data, comparable listings, and reviews using the URL you provide.
• Anthropic — AI analysis of listing photos and report content generation. Listing photo URLs and listing text are sent to Anthropic's API under Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Airtable — order management and fulfillment tracking. Order records (email, listing URL, status) may be logged here during processing.

All listing data processed is publicly available on Airbnb. We do not transmit your personal contact details to SearchAPI.io or Anthropic.

4. Data Retention

Order records (email, listing URL, report status) are retained for up to 90 days for customer support purposes and then deleted. Generated PDF reports are not stored on our servers after delivery.

5. Cookies

BnBRx does not set tracking or analytics cookies. Third-party services we use (including Stripe) may set cookies necessary for payment security and fraud prevention, subject to their own policies.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including HTTPS encryption on all connections. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on BnBRx infrastructure.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@bnbrx.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email above.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR): Our lawful basis for processing your data is contract performance (fulfilling your order). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above.
